Loans to Close Your TransactionsWe will work with you to close your transaction. Whether your client is purchasing, selling or refinancing a property, we will find the best loan program available from our Lending Partners or fund the loan directly for you. Most lenders are very specific in their loan programs. If a loan request doesn't match perfectly with their criteria, they won't do it. At Americus Financial Corporation we are very creative. We will work to fit loan funding to your real estate transaction. We consider all the facts when arranging or funding a loan. Borrowers with good credit and conforming properties, as well as borrowers with credit problems, odd properties, no proof-of-income, bankruptcies, foreclosures and special situations have obtained financing with us over the years. Broker ProtectionReferring brokers are paid their loan commissions upon loan closing. An independent escrow company licensed by the California Department of Corporations or a title insurance company escrow is used for every loan transaction. A specific non-circumvention agreement is available if desired for your protection on each loan submitted. We like working with brokers. In fact, most of our loans come to us through referring brokers. Our Brokers Agreement is available upon request. Les Brewer, President |
