Americus Financial Corporation was organized in 1975 to provide long-term real estate loans of five years or more to small business owners in Southern California. Since then we have expanded our lending to individuals and businesses for single family, multi family, industrial and commercial properties. Over the years, Americus Financial Corporation has closed many millions of dollars of loans by satisfying the unique needs of each borrower. We have funded loans to borrowers that were starting a business and could not show income to support the loans they needed. We have funded loans to borrowers with poor credit and even recent foreclosures or bankruptcies. We have funded loans for properties in process of being constructed or remodeled. We have funded loans for restaurants; bars, factories, retail stores and apartments, as well as owner occupied single-family residences. Americus is a California Finance Lender licensed and examined by the California Department of Corporations. |
